Qhazanah Sabah Berhad was incorporated on 6 April 1995 as an investment arm of the Sabah State Government under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965. It was initially run as a public limited company but subsequently became a private limited company on 15 September 1995.
Since its establishment, Qhazanah Sabah Berhad has been operating under the purview of Sabah’s Ministry of Finance. Its primary objective is to function as a catalyst to drive Sabah’s economic development and growth in various sectors and, at the same time, create opportunities for both the people and players in the industry.
Today, Qhazanah Sabah Berhad is on track and well-equipped to embark on new ventures utilising innovative modern technologies in efforts to advance Sabah’s economy.
Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad (MARC) was established in 1996 and has since expanded to include its subsidiaries, namely MARC Ratings Berhad, MARC Data Sdn Bhd, MARC Solutions Sdn Bhd, and MARC Learning Sdn Bhd, each providing distinct product offerings.
